Wahoo Launches Dedicated Suburb Pages — Capalaba to Tamborine
Cathy DillonOne of the most common questions we get on enquiry calls is: 'do you build out where I am?' Today we've launched dedicated suburb pages on our website for 15 of the Brisbane areas where we build most often, with more on the way.
The 15 launch suburbs
Across the seven SEQ councils we work in, here's the first tier of suburb pages now live:
Bay-side and Redland City: Capalaba (where our office is), Cleveland, Victoria Point.
Eastern Brisbane: Bulimba, Camp Hill.
Western Brisbane: Bardon, Indooroopilly.
Northern Brisbane and Moreton Bay: Redcliffe, North Lakes.
South-East and Logan: Daisy Hill, Springwood.
Gold Coast: Helensvale, Coomera.
Ipswich: Springfield Lakes.
Scenic Rim: Tamborine Mountain.
Each page covers what's specific about pool building in that area — typical block sizes, soil and slope conditions, council quirks, common design choices, and what kind of builds we've done locally.
Why this matters
Pool building in Bardon (steep, often rocky soils, established trees) is genuinely different from Daisy Hill (flat, manageable soils, generous suburban blocks). What works in one suburb is not always what works in another.
Generic 'we build pools in Brisbane' marketing doesn't help anyone. Specific local information helps clients understand what's likely on their block before they even ring us.
Tier 2 suburbs coming later in 2026
Based on enquiry patterns, we're adding more suburb pages over the year. Planned additions include:
Carindale, Wellington Point, Wynnum, Manly, Holland Park, Coorparoo, Hawthorne, Ascot, Hamilton, Toowong, Sherwood, Chapel Hill, The Gap, Kenmore, Albany Creek, Eatons Hill, Birkdale, Ormiston, Thornlands, Mount Cotton.
If your suburb isn't listed
It doesn't mean we don't build there. We build across the entire Brisbane / SEQ area regularly. The suburb pages just reflect where we've done the most work in recent years.
If you're in any of our seven SEQ council regions — Brisbane, Redland, Logan, Moreton Bay, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Scenic Rim — we can almost certainly build at your address.
If you're outside that area (say, Sunshine Coast or further out), drop us a line. We do occasional builds further afield for specific projects.

If you visit one of the suburb pages, you'll see:
- What's specific about pool building in that area (terrain, soil, council)
- Common pool styles we've built locally
- Local design considerations
- How long a build typically takes in that suburb
- What our recent clients in that area have said
- How to get a quote for a build at your specific address
How we built these pages
Genuinely. We pulled together everything we know about each suburb from years of building there — the soil conditions we've encountered, the council quirks we've worked through, the design choices that have worked well, the access challenges we've solved.
This is the kind of information that previously would have come out in a 20-minute conversation. Now it's on a page for anyone to read before they even ring us.
